Who Are We?

What is a Junior Enterprise?

Junior Enterprises (J.E.) are non-profit economic and educational associations under French law, with over 50 years of experience.

Based within schools and universities, they allow students to put their theoretical and practical education to good use. More specifically, junior entrepreneurs conduct studies corresponding to their school’s fields of expertise. They also support a wide variety of clients: large corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, local authorities, etc.

Following the consulting model, they provide their managers with early-stage training in business management and team leadership. They also offer their consultants concrete professional experience at an early stage of their careers.

Clients benefit from the innovation capacity and dynamism of students, themselves supported by the school’s faculty and researchers. They are also assured of receiving quality studies. Indeed, each year, associations are audited by the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises (CNJE).

PCA, ESPCI’s Junior Enterprise

Physique-Chimie Avenir is a team of 21 first-year engineering students at ESPCI Paris – PSL, selected through competitive examination after two or three years of post-secondary studies.

Beyond the scientific foundation provided by the school and its multidisciplinary curriculum, we have been recruited and trained by the previous team in all aspects of managing a Junior Enterprise to best execute your studies. Thanks to this quality training and advice from former members, Physique-Chimie Avenir was part of France’s top 30 Junior Enterprises for 4 years and rejoined this exclusive circle in 2024.
